HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

Please make your reservations as soon as possible. Bounce House units are very popular and sometime we are booked up weeks and even months in advance. We do have MANY inflatables, chances are we will have one for you even if last minute.

 

 

WHAT KIND OF SURFACE CAN THE BOUNCE HOUSE HOUSE BE SET-UP ON?

Our Bounce House units can be set up on any level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt, dirt (small fee may apply), and even indoor gymnasiums. Please specify which surface the bounce house will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.

DO YOU SET-UP IN LOCAL PARKS?

Yes. SUZI BOUNCE RENTALS is fully LICENSED and INSURED for parks in Clark County, NV, Bullhead City, AZ, Kingman, AZ, Needles, CA & more. Some parks require you pay a permit fee for day access. It is the customer's responsibility to call their LOCAL Parks & Recreation Department to reserve space at park with electrical access. We can provide you a list of local park phone numbers.

 

 

DO I NEED A GENERATOR TO SET-UP A BOUNCE HOUSE AT A PARK?

Most local parks have electrical outlets that the city will let you use. However, if a generator is needed, we do rent them out fully gassed.

DO YOU DELIVER AND SET-UP THE BOUNCE HOUSE?

Yes. We deliver and set up all bounce house units and insure that they are clean before your party starts. We also insure that ALL rental units are in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up.

 

 

CAN I TIP THE DRIVER?

Yes, gratuity is greatly appreciated!

 

 

CAN I KEEP THE BOUNCE HOUSE FOR AN EXTRA DAY (OVERNIGHT)?

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A RENTER OF A BOUNCE HOUSE?

A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the unit is in use. The adult must know all the safety rules and also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment. You must clear the space you plan on having the inflatable at. That means clear of brush, sprinkler heads, dog/cat droppings, trees trimmed if in the way, must make sure surface is flat and clear.

 

 

WHAT IF IT IS RAINY OR WINDY?

SUZI BOUNCE RENTALS reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph).  We will call you on the morning of your party to address the current weather situation and your reservation. Once the unit(s) is/are delivered, there will be no refunds. 

 

 

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment is due in full at time of delivery. We will not unload rental unit(s) until funds are received and rental agreement is signed. We accept cash and check. Sorry, NO personal checks.
